Responsibilities for the Comfort Advisor:
- Demonstrate the core values every single day: Service, Teamwork, and Development
- Strive for nothing below a 5-Star Customer Experience on every consultation
- Arrive on time and well-groomed
- Listen and educate customers on their options
- Show yourself as a knowledgeable professional when providing options replacement
- Work alongside the installation project managers and technicians ensure overall success of the business
Qualifications for the Comfort Advisor:
- Must have passion for exceptional service
- pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- a clean driving record
- 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills
- be team oriented as well as work independently
- Experience in the industry is a huge plus!
